Terms and Conditions
Reservation Payment & Confirmation
All reservations are required to be paid in full, including applicable taxes, at time of reservations creation, in order to be consider confirmed. TTM Hospitality only accepts major credit cards and company billing with prior written approval from ownership.
Age Restriction
All primary reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older. All guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older.
Parking
Parking is complimentary, on a first come first served basis. There is no guarantee to parking availability. TTM Hospitality is not responsible or liable for any damage or theft of guest vehicles or possessions with in them, while parked on property. We always suggest guess remove all personal belonging from their vehicles while parked on premises.
Property Unavailability
There may be times when TTM Hospitality cannot facilitate a reservation due to maintenance, construction, or any other means of unavailability. Notice of unavailability may come with or without prior notice. All paid in full reservations that can not be facilitated are subject to a full refund.
Damage & Condition of Premises
Guests of TTM Hospitality are expected to leave the premises free of damage, without excessive uncleanliness, at time of check out. Damage and cleaning fees maybe applied to a reservation where damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Unauthorized Use
There shall be no activity in unit or on premises that is illegal, for commercial use, or that may disturb the overall experience of other guests. There is NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in side of guest units. A smoking fee in the amount of $250 will be applied if unit is found to be smoked in. Guests conducting unauthorized use, smoking in unit, or engaging in any activity the negatively effects the experience of staff or other guests will be removed from property without refund.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with written permission from TTM Hospitality and are subject to a non-refundable $250 pet fee.
Owner/Staff Access
Guests shall allow owners, staff, or vendors to access units for repairs, preventative maintenance, cleaning, or for any other reason deemed necessary by owners or staff. Staff shall give as much notice as commercially reasonable, but notice may or may not be given prior to access.
INDEMNIFICATION. Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TTM Hospitality and its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any damages, claims, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) and liabilities, whether for personal injury, property damage or otherwise, arising (a) in relation to this Agreement or a breach thereof, or (b) from any act or omission of Guest, Rental Unit occupants or any invitees of Guest, provided that Guest's indemnity obligations shall not extend to any situation caused by the negligent or willful acts of TTM Hospitality
FORCE MAJEURE. Neither of us is liable for failure to meet the terms of this Agreement if it’s due to force majeure (i.e. an “Act of God”),provided that reasonable efforts are made to notify the other party about such an event and its expected duration.
